  • Displays items that are no longer available
  • Displays items that will be definitely placed on Stop Sell. Orders for these items must be placed before 11:59 p.m., Eastern, on the date indicated in
    the "Last Day to Order" column. Refunds may be processed if inventory is depleted. LAST DAY TO ORDER is subject to change! Check back regularly for the latest information.
  • When an item is placed on stop sell it is removed from online shopping - that includes individual online orders and online orders tied to Shows.
    You will have until 11:59 p.m. Eastern time on the date indicated in the last day to order column to submit orders.
  • The comment “Backorders will be fulfilled with either the product or a Refund/PPC starting on Projected Resolution date” means that we don’t know in advance whether a sufficient supply of product
    will be received to fulfill all backorders. Orders are fulfilled on a first-in, first-out basis. In this case, some Customers will receive products and some will receive a refund/PPC.

  • Potential Stop Sell
    Displays items that are projected to go on stop sell. We provide this information to give you advance notice of items that may be at risk.
    The "Stop Sell Date" is subject to change daily based upon demand.

    Back Order
  • Items ship as soon as possible on or after the date shown in the "Projected Resolution Date" column
  • It can take one to two weeks for a Customer to receive their item
  • Customers' credit/debit cards will not be charged until their entire order ships
  • Projected resolution dates are subject to change
